How to apply yoga philosophy to your physical practice, your mind-body connection, your environment, and relationships with yourself and others.
How to break through limiting beliefs.
How to identify and transform old patterns and behaviors through journaling.
How to build a daily meditation practice.
How much time will I need each day?
To be successful in this program you will need about 2 hours daily to devote to this study. Consider breaking the 2 hours into smaller intervals; maybe 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
